Sunscreen SPF 8 (4oz Sustainable Tube): A lower SPF to allow color while still providing broad spectrum protection against the sun’s most damaging rays. Minimal Non-nano Zinc Oxide provides protection from the UVA/UVB rays while Organic Aloe and Kukui Nut Oil fight against skin dehydration and inflammation.

Application Tips: Our natural sunscreen formulas are thicker than your typical, chemically formulated sunscreen. A little bit goes a long way! Apply 20 minutes prior to sun exposure for best results. Start with a pea to dime size amount. Dab exposed areas with the sunscreen. Gently wipe sunscreen onto the skin in a paint brush motion along the grains of your hair. Lotion will blend evenly and nicely with little white residue. Caribbean Sol SPF will sit on top of the skin rather than absorb into the pores. Re-apply every 60-90 minutes or after towel drying. If pairing with an Enhancer, apply oil after sunscreen has sat on the skin for 15-20 minutes.
If you are using our SPF 8 with the goal of allowing a little color, we recommend working your way down to the SPF 8 after starting your journey with our SPF 30, then SPF 15. Conditioning the skin prior to tanning is the safest and most effective way to achieve your color goals. Once your skin is conditioned, pair our SPF 8 with one of our Natural Enhancers to gain a deeper, darker tan.
